About Masters Premium Birch

The Pearl Masters Premium series offers the discerning player precision, beauty, innovation and options. This special order series is available in your choice of 4 ply or 6 ply 100% Birch shells and also features upgraded low-mass aluminum OptiMounts, Masterworks & Reference class bass drum spurs, bass drum claws, floor tom legs and leg brackets.

Masters Premium snare drums feature Pearls revolutionary new swivel tube lugs that assure perfect tension rod to lug alignment. All Masters Premium drums feature the new "Golden Ratio" air vents for improved low-end response. You can choose from a total of 29 hand-rubbed lacquer and premium covered finishes in your choice of chrome, black chrome, or gold plated drum hardware. All shells are constructed using the exclusive SST Superior Shell Technology manufacturing process. Pearls goal is to create the best sounding drums possible and SST assures that all shells are perfect acoustic chambers for amazing sound.

Masters Premium Birch kits are available in two shell types. BMP features 4ply 5mm shells with 4ply 5mm reinforcement hoops. BRP features 6ply 7.5mm shells without the hoops.

What Do I Get For My Money

Masters Premium Birch drums are available in 5 shell pack configurations or as individual shells allowing you to build your perfect set of drums in the sizes you want to play.

The price of Masters Premium individual drums do not include any tom arms which need to be purchased separately.

If you would like a quote for a Masters drum kit please contact us with a list of the shell sizes you would like (see right hand column for available sizes) stating either BMP or BRP shells. 

It is worth bearing in mind that although there is normally a limited stock of Masters Premium drums available for immediate purchase, most kits would be Special Order, made exclusively for the customer and shipped from Tiawan, taking between 4 - 6 months.
