About Paragon

One morning at 5 a.m. Neil Peart started his motorbike somewhere north of Montreal. He rode eleven hours through the autumn cold, wind and rain to create a set of Signature cymbals with Sabian's specialists in the SABIAN Vault. By the end of his day with them, the look, feel and sound of the Paragon were defined: Sensitive yet powerful, bright and musical. Combining elements from three SABIAN series - the explosiveness of AA, the musical warmth of Hand Hammered and the bright penetrating focus of AAX - Paragon is a new sound in cymbals personalized for one of modern drumming's most discerning individuals.
