Q. I can’t find a certain product on your website – can you order it for me?
A. Yes! Our site contains the items we currently have in stock and a further selection of items from each manufacturer’s range. However, we do not have every product by every manufacturer on the site, so if there is something you need that you can’t find please get in touch and we should be able to get it for you no problem!
Q. I’ve seen a product on your site but want a different colour/size – can you order it for me?
A. Yes, no problem, see the answer above!
Q. I want to order from you but the item is too expensive! Can you price match?
A. We will always try our hardest to be competitive so if there is a product you want us to check the price on please get in touch and we will do what we can!
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Within mainland UK :
Order value up to £25 = £2 by Royal Mail
Order value £25 - £199 = £7 by UPS
Order value above £200 = Free!
If you are outside the UK please contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order.
Q. When will my order ship?
A. We aim to get orders out to you as fast as we can! If we have an item in stock we will normally get the item sent out to you the day after you placed your order (sometimes the same day if we can). Smaller items are sent using Royal Mail, larger items are sent via UPS. If your item is out of stock we will contact you and let you know. Usually items we need to order in from a supplier can be shipped out to you within a week, subject to supplier availability.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all of the major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express).
