This is an early example of a pro quality Mapex snare drum. The badge says Maple Deluxe which was later to become the award winning Black Panther range.

The drum is in fair condition cosmetically but still sounds fantastic, with no damage that compromises the shell. It's also been fitted with a fantastic Rhythm Tech Active Snare Wire System which really brings the best out of the drum.
